TERMS + CONDITIONS
When you use your gift card, the amount of your purchase will be deducted from the balance on the card. Any remaining balance will be applied to future purchases.
The gift card cannot be redeemed or exchanged for cash or vouchers. Purchases of gift cards are non-refundable.
Gift cards not used within 3 years of the date of purchase will expire and the balance be forfeited.
Ode to Eve cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen gift cards.
Ode to Eve reserves the right to add to or amend these Terms + Conditions from time to time, where we consider it reasonable and necessary to do so for security, regulatory or other legal reasons. Reasonable notice will be given where possible. Ode to Eve reserves the right to refuse to accept a gift card in payment or part payment of any item where it reasonably suspects that the gift card or any amount on it may have been stolen or obtained in another illegal way.
Interior Design Services provided by Ode to Eve will be clearly defined and agreed upon in consultation with the recipient before commencement.
